Biography:

Robert Wheeler, M.D., FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who has practiced at DCOL since 1983. He graduated with honors from Baylor College of Medicine, and completed his internship and residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He served as the assistant clinical instructor in the OB/GYN department at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He is the past Chief of the OB/GYN department at Longview Regional Medical Center and past Chief of Staff at both Longview Regional Medical Center and Good Shepherd Medical Center. Dr. Wheeler is a member of the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Gregg and Upshur County Medical Association, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecology.
