Biography:

Horachel Jones has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner since February 2014. She has a Doctorate of Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington, certified with AANP, and licensed in Texas and Louisiana. She has practiced in Cardiology, Infection disease, hospice care, and Wellness & Education. Throughout her work experiences she advocates for improving quality care and patient outcomes as well as taking pride in patient education and risk modification. Married for 15yrs with a blended family she enjoys being a wife, mother, and grandmother first. She participates in Spina Bifida supports groups to encourage awareness of congenital spinal disorders. She enjoys vacationing, ATV mud riding, camping, being outdoors, crafting, and spoiling her fur babies.
