Biography:

Kim Armstrong, APRN, MSN, AGPCNP-C is a Certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner who works in collaboration with Sanjay Reddy, M.D. to provide primary care to long term residents and short term patients at Treviso Transitional Care. She has been a nurse practitioner for three years and has a passion for serving the geriatric population.
