Biography:

Lisa Scrimpsher, APRN, MSN, FNP-C is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner working in collaboration with Julie Lundy, MD to provide care to patients in Assisted Living and Long-term Care facilities. Lisa relocated to Longview in 2018 to be closer to family. She was raised in San Antonio, moved to Austin for college, and stayed there for nearly 20 years. She received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004, and her graduate Master of Science in Nursing degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2012. Throughout her nursing and nurse practitioner career she has worked in cardiac care, critical care, pediatrics, internal medicine, and family practice. Lisa and her husband Jason have two kids who keep them very busy, Nolan and Charlotte. She has a special interest in adult health and geriatrics. Her goal is to work collaboratively with patients and families to provide comprehensive care and quality of life. Lisa is very excited about the opportunity to provide care to the East Texas community.
