Biography:

Edward Liu, M.D., is a native Texan who has been practicing orthopedic and sports medicine in the Longview area since 1983. He was in private practice for 13 years before joining DCOL. Dr. Liu received his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed his surgical internship and orthopedic surgical residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is a former instructor at the University of Texas Health Center in Tyler. Dr. Liu is board-certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery; and a member of the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Gregg County Medical Society, and Texas Orthopedic Association.
