Biography:

Lori brings a diverse background in both Family Practice and Psychiatric-Mental Health, along with years of experience caring for patients across East Texas. She earned her ADN from Kilgore College and later obtained her BSN and MSN from The University of Texas at Tyler. Her clinical background includes extensive experience in emergency medicine as both a staff RN and emergency room case manager.

After becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Lori recognized the growing need for accessible psychiatric and mental health services within local communities and across the country. She then pursued a Post-Master’s certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, further expanding her ability to provide compassionate, whole-person care focused on both physical and mental wellness.

Lori is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She currently resides in Gilmer, Texas, with her husband, Shane, and enjoys spending time outdoors and with their three grandchildren.
