Biography:

Dr. Vanessa Neiman is an expert and respected obstetrician and gynecologist with over a decade of experience, committed to providing better access to women’s health. As a board-certified physician and proud member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Texas Medical Association, Dr. Neiman brings her practice to the Diagnostic Clinic of Longview, where she has been serving the East Texas community since 2014.

Dr. Neiman’s academic journey began at Texas A&M University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and then pursued her medical education at Texas Tech College of Medicine. Her training continued with an internship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York and a residency at Southern Illinois University in Springfield, Illinois, where she honed her skills in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Neiman has also completed specialized training in the surgical management of second-trimester miscarriages and has contributed to research on diabetes in pregnancy, offering valuable insights to guide her patients through complex obstetric challenges.

With a strong commitment to community service, Dr. Neiman has volunteered extensively, including reading programs with elementary school children, building homes with Habitat for Humanity, and supporting the Humane Society in Lubbock and El Paso. During medical school, she also worked at a free clinic for underserved populations in El Paso, reflecting her ongoing passion for making a difference in her community.

Dr. Neiman specializes in high-risk obstetrics, contraceptive options, adolescent medicine, and the medical and surgical treatment of gynecological issues. Her practice is distinguished by a patient-centered philosophy that emphasizes shared decision-making and education, ensuring each patient feels valued and heard. Her passion for OB/GYN stems from the opportunity to build lasting relationships with her patients, guiding them through the challenges of pregnancy, menopause, and beyond while celebrating their life milestones.

Dr. Neiman shares her life with her husband, Brad, and their beloved cats. Together, they enjoy exploring the great outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and indulging in true crime television.
