Biography:

Morgan Rhoades, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Morgan began her medical career in 2012 where she was a nurse extern in Neuro ICU at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler. Her nursing career began in 2014 at Trinity Mother Francis in Tyler where she worked in the Emergency Department and Cardiac Cath Lab after graduating from Tyler Junior College with her ADN. After starting her family, she transitioned into home health with Prime Care Home Health where she served as field supervisor for 7 years. During that time, she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Houston, Cizik School of Nursing. Immediately after, Morgan was accepted into their graduate program receiving her Master of Science in Nursing, graduating with honors. Morgan knew from a young age that nursing was her calling after being encouraged from her grandfather, Gary. Morgan’s hobbies include hunting with her husband, Austin, Her father, David, and brother, Drew, shopping with her mother, Tana, and watching her 2 young children play baseball. Additionally, during football season, she enjoys rooting for the Texas Longhorns with family and friends. Morgan is so excited to be apart of the DCOL health system and serving her community as a provider at DCOL Express Care.
