Biography:

Jolyn Hawkins, APRN, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her career as a CNA in 2002. Over the years she advanced her career and received her BSN and MSN from Chamberlain University. Jolyn began her career as a nurse as a float nurse, throughout her career she has worked in cardiac, stroke, med/surg, and IMC. Jolyn is originally from Oklahoma, but her and her family moved to East Texas in 2016 and now resides in Hallsville. She has been married to her husband Ryan for 20 years and they have three children, Lewis, Jerry Jackson, and Donnlyn. Jolyn enjoys traveling, baking, and making memories with her family. Her and her family also enjoys doing mission work in Honduras with Mission Upreach. Jolyn knew by 3rd grade she wanted to be a nurse. She has a passion for caring for others and believes this is the gift God has given her. Jolyn enjoys caring for her patients and strives to provide quality and compassionate care for each of them.
